Ran a camera down this customers drain after a plumber came out two days prior to me. He augured for 2 hours and was not successful. With that being known, the water level was down and it could be the best time to camera to see the issue. Found two breaks, separated at the 2 way clean out and also at the SDR by the city tap. Also discovered a 15ft belly heading to the city tap that was holding more than half the pipe size. We quoted to do a full repair to be guaranteed of no issues further down the road.

Customer was having to auger his line frequently and we wanted to solve his issue, so we ran a camera and discovered that there was about 10 feet of roots completely choking down on his sewer yard line. After showing the customer and allowing them to see there issue. They decided to get the repair done and have us dig it up and repair. When repairing we also noticed that 3 years ago when he had an addition made, that not only was the sewer yard line cracked but also the kitchen line dumping into it. So in order to plumb it in correctly we made the adjustment and took care of that issue while having access to the issue. Glued in multiple fittings and also two husky no hubs to help us get the job done in a very tight spot. Tested and drained complete with no issues. Customer couldn’t have been more happy with his results!
