Ran a camera down this customers drain after a plumber came out two days prior to me. He augured for 2 hours and was not successful. With that being known, the water level was down and it could be the best time to camera to see the issue. Found two breaks, separated at the 2 way clean out and also at the SDR by the city tap. Also discovered a 15ft belly heading to the city tap that was holding more than half the pipe size. We quoted to do a full repair to be guaranteed of no issues further down the road.
